Dead soldiers on both sides succumb to nature.

Insects arrive at a dead body within ten minutes, the process of decomposition races through its paces.

This inevitably attracts larger animals, which remove the organs and soft tissue.

It is the way of the war machine.

Ghweran Prison Attack

Daesh attacking a prison in Hasakah.

The siege of the Ghweran prison in Hasaka, where thousands of jihadists and their family members were detained after the collapse of the Islamic State’s so-called caliphate, was well planned.

The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazlum Kobani, said ISIS had mobilized sleeper cells and used suicide bombers to organize the breakout.

The fight to retake the prison, the S.D.F. said, was constrained by the militants use of the young detainees as human shields. It said the children were in a special rehabilitation section inside the detention center, which was built as a training college.

“The Syrian Democratic Forces holds ISIS terrorists responsible for causing any harm to these children in prison,” the militia said in a statement. (Source )

‘One day I will go back to my country and I will find kiwi scums in my country … and I will show them … what will happen when you mess with S while I’m in their country. If you’re tough in your country … we are tougher in our country scums #payback’

In May 2017, he was arrested at Auckland International Airport after booking a one-way ticket to Singapore.

A subsequent search of his apartment uncovered weapons and images of him posing with an air rifle and hunting knife, the New Zealand Herald reported.

He was held in custody without bail for more than a year and eventually pleaded guilty to distributing restricted material.

A High Court judge sentenced him to supervision in 2018 because of the amount of time he had already spent in prison.

The day after he walked free from prison in 2018, ‘S’ purchased yet another hunting knife. He was arrested again, but was not prosecuted under the liberal country’s terrorism laws, which police, politicians and judicial officials have long criticised as not fit for purpose.

On May 26, 2021, ‘S’ was back in court, where he was acquitted of possessing a graphic video and possession of an offensive weapon, (New Zealand Herald ).
